what is Georgia Approach.
Georgia Approach is the mixture of a set of skills that a Child needs in life to help them have confidence and self-esteem. I use all these qualifications with Budhism and Christianity to make Georgia's Approach.
I have a daughter called Georgia who has Autism and a speech delay. I created this approach with Georgia after my experiences with her growing up. Empowering Through Bushcraft Skills
At the heart of Georgia's Approach is the belief in empowering children by focusing on strengths. These invaluable skills promote self-reliance, resilience and a belief to back themselves in any situation. Georgia’s approach helps to teach the child about their environment using Buddhism. It will help them figure out what is happening in the environment with thoughts feelings and emotions. Then we look at how these environmental factors are influencing on behaviour and personal development by being self-awareness. Our training focuses on essential techniques such as children learning to assess risks, make informed decisions, and adapt to challenges they may encounter in both wilderness settings and everyday life. This holistic development ensures that they are not just equipped to survive in the wild but are also prepared to tackle obstacles beyond the bushcraft experience.

Building Awareness and Positive Thinking that is strength Based.
Georgia's Approach also emphasises the importance of self-awareness and positive thinking. We guide children to recognise their strengths and abilities, fostering a mindset that encourages them to 'back themselves' in any situation. Our positive thinking workshops are designed to help children develop resilience and optimism, crucial traits that allow them to embrace challenges rather than shy away from them. By nurturing a supportive environment, we instil in each child the belief that they have the power to influence their circumstances, leading to healthier interactions with peers and a greater understanding of personal growth and development.

Martial Arts Empowerment
Incorporating martial arts into Georgia's Approach further enhances the empowerment journey. Our martial arts training not only teaches self-defence but also promotes discipline, respect, and focus. These principles resonate throughout the training, helping children develop a robust sense of self-worth and confidence. As they learn to navigate the physical challenges of martial arts, they're also equipped with mental strategies that translate into everyday life. The combination of bushcraft skills, positive thinking, and martial arts creates well-rounded individuals who are prepared to face both the wilderness and the complexities of human interaction with courage and poise.
